Kathmandu: Three athletes from Nepal are going to compete in the 8th Asian Poomsae Taekwondo Tournament to be held in Vietnam.
Aisha Shakya will compete in the under 40 age group individual poomsae in the competition to be held on May 1 and 2.
Similarly, Nisa Darnal and Ashmin Raut will participate in pairs and individual poomses under the age of 30 years.
The players will leave on Sunday night to participate in the tournament organized by World Taekwondo and Asian Taekwondo Union.
National Sports Council Member Secretary Tanklal Ghising bid farewell to the players who will participate in the competition today.
